I love what I do! Twenty-five years ago, I founded Gorveatte Consulting Inc., a wholly woman-owned and operated business offering ISO 9001 Quality Management System coaching, auditing, and training. We have built a client base that includes Fortune 500 companies and solo-preneurs seeking to enhance their competitive position in the global marketplace. Although I work across North America, I currently reside in Nova Scotia where I live with my husband, two smart university graduates, and two spoiled cats. I am an active Member of ASQ, holding positions with the Quality Management Division, Audit Division and I am Past-Chair of the Technical Program Committee for ASQ World Conference on Quality and Improvement (and already planning for Orlando 2026!).
As a business owner, finding spare time can be hard but I know balance is important. In my spare time, I am a novice rock drummer and a huge fan of all things Star Wars and all things Disney. I can often be found wandering around a Disney theme park on my time off.
